The management structure of ISC comprises the Inspector General (Corporations) as the Head of Department, assisted by three senior technical officers who are in charge of three technical divisions namely:-

In order to enhance decision making within the Department an executive committee was formed in 2012. It comprises the Inspector General (Corporations) as the Chair and the three senior officers in charge of the technical divisions as members. The rest of the technical officers’ work in various capacities in the above divisions. In addition to the Technical team there is an Administration arm that supports the technical Divisions in various sections namely:- Finance and Accounts; Supply chain management; ICT; Resource Center; Transport & General administration.
